Refunds and Returns

Nelsonjhaircare.com gladly offers 30-day Money Back Guarantee to our customers. If for any reasons you are not 100% satisfied with our products, we will refund your purchase (less shipping & handling) within 30 days upon the shipping date of your sales invoice date.

For all return packages, shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.  It is customer's responsibility to send the returned product(s) at their expense.

Full refund will be issued for unused, unopened merchandises or non-damaged during shipping.

Original order number is required to be submitted at the time of return.

Merchandise that is returned must be properly wrapped for protection of damage.

Merchandise that is returned without proper packing will not be accepted.

All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase with RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number assigned by nelsonjhaircare.com and original packaging in order to process the refund.

To process your return, simply email to return@nelsonjhaircare.com and provide your invoice number, name, and contact phone number.

Return must be postmarked within 10 days of RMA number issuance.

Write your RMA number outside of the returned package boxes. Any returned packages having no RMA number will be refused and returned to sender for ‘freight collect’ shipment.

Please allow 7 to 10 business days after receiving your returned product(s) to process your returns and refund to be credited back to your account.
